About Shandel

Shandel has a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in history and ancient history, from the University of Sydney, Australia. Shandel also has a Certificate in Publishing (copy editing and proofreading) from the Australian College, QED, Bondi, Australia.

Shandel has work experience in sales, customer service, and administration. Industries she has worked with include: recruitment, banking and finance, retail and hospitality. Shandel uses her experience as a Business Development Manager and as a Customer Service Representative whenever she approaches a corporate document, making sure it is effective and engaging.
